JUDGMENT Heard learned counsel for the parties. The petitioner does-not dispute the order passed by the High Court so far as the arrears of rent is concerned. The respondent-Corporation is stated to be constructing a building nearby where they are willing to accommodate the petitioner. The only dispute, therefore, that survives is continuance of the petitioner till the building is completed and the petitioner shifts therein. According to the respondent, the possession should be handed over immediately. But this, in our opinion, will not only put the petitioner in difficulty but also the customers who have their account with the Bank. Therefore, without expressing any opinion, we think that it would be better if the parties negotiate on this limited aspect and if they arrive at a settlement to permit the petitioner to continue in the building till the other building is completed, they may file written agreed terms before this Court. 2. List after four weeks. Order accordingly. For Citation: 1995 AIR SCW 2736 Vikas Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
