JUDGMENT : 1. The Committee has submitted a report to which the parties want to file their response/ objections, if any. This be done within four weeks. In the meantime the Government of India and any other concerned authority in this behalf is free to take such action as it considers appropriate in respect of drugs which in its opinion are to be banned. 2. Intervention applications are allowed. 3. List it on 1.5.1995.
