JUDGMENT : 1. Having read the reply to the Show Cause Notice by Shri Mishra dated 3.4.95 and having perused the averment in paragraph 2 thereof, we direct that notice may go to the ZEE TV to produce the video tapes, if available, in regard to the interview which he gave on 21/22.3.95. 2. Further he orally states and requests that he had also given an interview to JAIN TV on 25.3.95 and he would like the video tapes in regard to that interview also to be produced in the Court. The notice may also go to JAIN TV to produce the same, if available. 3. Mr. Mishra has also given a statement today in writing which we have taken on record. We would also request the learned Solicitor General to assist us in the present proceedings. He may be so informed. Let the matter come up on 26.4.95. The video tapes to be produced on that date along with the transcripts, if available.
