JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. Perused the challan papers. 2. In the FIR, it is alleged that Chaina Ram had chopped off the penis of baby Narsingh, aged about 9 months, whereas after investigation, a challan has been filed against Smt. Kailashi for the said act. It is alleged that a blood stained knife has been recovered at the instance of the petitioner. 3. I have perused the injury report of baby Narsingh. 4. Keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case also the fact that the petitioner is a lady, I feel that it will be just and proper to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner Smt. Kailashi be released on bail provided she executes her personal bond in the sum of Rs. eight thousand and furnishes two sound & substantial sureties in the sum of Rs. four thousand each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Pratapgarh for her personal appearance before him in Sessions Case No. 2/95 on each & every date of hearing till the completion of the trial.Bail granted. *******
