SRIVASTAVA ( 1 ) BY this petition a prayer has been made for grant of bail to one Rattan Singh Pappu involved in an offence under Section 307/34 Indian Penal Code relating to FIR 81 /94, PS Jahangir Puri. Heard. ( 2 ) THE petitioner is named in the FIR. He gave a knife blow in the abdomen of the injured. No doubt, two co-accused have been enlarged on bail but their role is much inferior and one of them was a minor. No ground for bail. Petition is rejected.
