JUDGMENT : 1. Special leave granted. 2. We have today pronounced judgment in Civil Appeal No.3528 of 1991 - The State of Rajasthan and Anr. v. Gopaldas. For the reasons and conclusions reached by us in Gopaldas's case we allow the appeal and set aside the impugned judgment of the High Court.
