JUDGMENT : 1. The question principally involved in these appeals is also involved in the reference to 9 Judge Bench in T.M.A. Pai Foundation v. State of Karnataka, 1994(2) SCALE 744 . Accordingly, these appeals are adjourned sine die and are directed to be placed on board 4 weeks after the judgment by 9 Judge Bench has been delivered. Counsel for the appellants shall intimate to the Registry when the 9 Judges Bench has delivered the judgment.
