ORDER We agree with Mr. Khanduja that ordinarily the High Court should not have interfered with the order of the employer transferring one employee from one place under its administrative control to another place under the same administration. The High Court has, however, found as a. fact that the respondents were being transferred from within the administrative control of the Society which employed them to a project under a State Government. In view of this finding, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of the High Court. Special leave petitions are dismissed.
