JUDGMENT : 1. Shri Prashant Bhushan names a drug combination which according to his instructions has been recommended to be banned by the Expert Committee. The Learned Addl. Solicitor General submits that it is a Fixed Drug Combination (FCD) of Oxyphenbutazone/Phenylbutazone. Shri Prashant Bhushan, Advocate undertakes to give in writing a list of other similar drugs which have been recommended to be banned on the ground that they are a health-hazard to the general public. 2. Learned Addl. Solicitor General wants some time to seek further instructions and to file a detailed affidavit of a senior officer dealing with this matter. W.P. No. 422 of 1995 3. Issue notice.
