JUDGMENT : Hansaria, J. - In view of the judgment delivered today in Criminal Appeal No. 422 of 1990 and connected appeals, no separate order is required in this petition and it stands disposed of in terms of the judgment in those appeals, a copy of which would be transmitted to this petitioner by the Registry within a week from today.
