JUDGMENT : ITEM 'E' 1. Pursuant to this Court's Order dated December 15, 1995, the Central Pollution Control Board inspected M/s. PVK Distillery Ltd., Nadganj, Ghazipur. Mr. Mahajan also inspected the industry. The report contains certain recommendations made by the Board and Mr. Mahajan. We direct the industry to comply with the recommendations/suggestions made by Mr. Mahajan, within 2 weeks from today, if not already done. Thereafter, the team shall have surprise inspection of the industry at its own discretion and make a report to this Court. The closure order is further suspended for a period of 4 weeks. The inspection charges shall be paid by the industry. 2. List after two weeks. 3. Item B of Office Report dated 4.1.1996 The Contempt Petitions are adjourned to next week. The two contemners, namely, M/s Vinod Kumar Aggarwal and Mr. Sukhvinder Singh, Director/person in-charge of M/s Aggarwal Pulp Mills, Bhoppa Road, Muzzafar Nagar, U.P. & M/s Goraya Straw Board mills (P) Ltd., Bazarpore Road, Kashipur, Nainital, U.P., respectively, need not be present in Court on the next hearing.
