JUDGMENT : I.A. No. 18 1. Pursuant to the request made to Dr. S.P.Agarwal, Medical Superintendent, Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Government of India, New Delhi, he is personally present in Court. We have discussed various aspects of toning up the Ambulance Service with special reference to the Emergency Services provided by the hospital. Dr. S.P. Agarwal states that he would apply his mind on the problem and also consult his colleagues and he would present a paper to this Court after summer vacation. He may do so. 2.
