JUDGMENT 1. -This revision petition has been filed 71 days beyond time. The reason for the delay given is that the revision petitioner's lawyer in the appellate Court did not tell him about the result of the appeal and therefore he could not apply for certified copy also in time. The order sought to be revised, was passed on 23.2.1995 and the limitation expired on 24.5.1995. The copy of the order itself was applied for on 20.7.1995 and it was obtained on 25.7.1995. The revision petition is presented on 3.8.1995. Apart from the fact that in the application under section 5 of the Limitation Act condonation of delay for the period from 23.2.1995 to 18.7.1995 has been asked for, there is no explanation as to why having obtained the certified copy on 25.7.1995, the revision petition was not filed till 3.8.1995. It cannot be said that there is sufficient cause for the delay. The application under section 5 of the Limitation Act is rejected. Consequently the revision petition is dismissed as time barred.Revision dismissed. *******
