JUDGMENT 1. - This will dispose of two bail applications No. 2495/96 filed by Babulal and others and No. 2505/96 filed by Maseed and others who are accused in case FIR No. 695/95, P.S. Nimbahera pending in the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge Nimbahera and have applied for grant of bail.Three co-accused namely Aziz, Umrao Singh and Yusuf have since been allowed and by this Court in the case, the case against the present accused-applicants is not much different from the case against those co-accused. I can, therefore, see no valid ground for withholding the concession of bail from them that already stands extended to the said co-accused.Accordingly this bail application is accepted. Applicants Babulal, Mohd. Salim @ Liyaqat, Maseed Qurashi and Chaganlal @ Sattu are released on bail in the sum of Rupees Twenty Thousand each with two sureties in the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.Bail Application Allowed. *******
