JUDGMENT : In this appeal the appellant has challenged the constitutional validity of various provisions of the Maharashtra Restoration of Lands to Scheduled Tribes Act, 1974. This Court in Lingappa Pochanna Appelwar v. State of Maharashtra and Anr., 1985 (1) S.C.C. 479 has upheld the constitutional validity of the Act. In this view of the matter the appeal is dismissed. No costs.
