JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. Perused the petition. On consideration of the contents of the petition, though there is no merit in the application itself but, however, looking to I he nature of the offence which is bailable one and the petitioner was already bailed out earlier, it is ordered that in case the petitioner appears before the 'trial Court within fifteen days from the date of this order, warrant of arrest against him shall not be executed. It is further directed that on appearance of petitioner before the trial Court and on presentation of his bail application, if any, shall be disposed of immediately in accordance with the provisions of law. With this direction, this petition stands disposed of. 2. Copy of this order may be sent to the trial Court for information.Petition disposed of with directions. *******
