JUDGMENT : 1. Leave granted. 2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after going through the materials on record, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. We, therefore, order that the appellant be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Designated Court, subject to the following conditions : (i) Before availing of this order the appellant shall deposit his passport, if any, with the Designated Court; (ii) He shall not leave the area falling within the jurisdiction of the Designated Court without its permission; (iii) He shall make himself available in the trial as and when necessary; (iv) He shall report to the Superintendent of Police, Central Bureau of Investigation, Special Task Force, New Delhi once in the first week of every month; and (v) He shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court. 3. If the appellant violates any of the above conditions the Designated Court will be at liberty to cancel the bail hereby granted. 4. The appeals are allowed.
