JUDGMENT : Item `A' 1. The presence of Mr. N.K. Singh, Chairman, Public Investment Board, is dispensed with until further orders. We adjourn the hearing of this matter to July 30, 1996. Item `B' 2. Mr. Kamalnath and others who were issued Contempt Notices on March 29, 1996 are present in Court. We have heard Mr. Kapil Sibal and Mr. M.C. Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the parties. We request Mr. Krishan Mahajan to visit Taj area once again. One officer of the Ministry of Environment and one expert from the Central Pollution Control Board, may also accompany Mr. Mahajan. The report regarding the progress made after the issue of this notice may be placed before this Court. This may be done within four weeks. 3. We dispense with the presence of Mr. Kamalnath and other officers till further orders. 4. List on Friday the 16th August, 1996. 5.
