JUDGMENT : Item 'C' 1. Mr. Patne, the Managing Director of M/s. IISCO, Burnpur Works Burdwan, West Bengal is present in Court. Mr. Gopal Subramaniam, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Mr. Patne states that he took over the charge of the office of the Managing Director on February 19, 1996. Earlier to him one Mr. Pande was in charge of the work and prior to him Mr. Pal, who superannuated on November 30, 1995 was the in-charge of the Project. 2. We issue notice to Mr. Pande and Mr. Pai, retunable in six weeks. Meanwhile, Mr. Patne shall file time-schedule indicating the final date for the completion of the work. The work must complete by October 31, 1996. All the three officer? should be present on the next hearing. 3. To come up on July 30, 1996. 4. Remaining part of the Office Report to be heard on Friday, the 19th July, 1996.
