JUDGMENT : 1. The West Bengal Pollution Control Board has placed on record its report regarding the Dunlop India Ltd. Since the pollution control devices were not set up before 31.5.96. the Board closed the Industry on 7.6.1996. Mr. Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the Board States that the Industry has now installed pollution control devices. To inspect the devices in working condition, it is necessary to suspend the closure order. We suspend the closure order for eight weeks to enable the Board to inspect the Industry and place the report before this Court. 2. We further direct that during the period when the Industry remained closed, the Industry shall pay to the workers their full wages to which they were entitled prior to the closure.
