JUDGMENT 1. -Besides FIR No. 159/96 in which this bail petition has been moved, the cross FIR No. 160/96, relating to the same occurrence has been lodged by the petitioner No. 1 (accused) Ananda Ram which is also pending investigation. On perusal of the injury reports relating to the injured persons from the complainant side as well as accused persons since this dispute relates to the agricultural field and the complainant side does not exclude the possibility that the complainant side was aggressor. In view of this fact, this petition deserves to be accepted. 2. I, therefore, order that in the event of the arrest of the petitioners Ananda Ram, Nimba Ram, Shanker Lal, Ramniwas & Shiv Lal in FIR No. 159/96 of P.S. Degana, Distt. Nagaur they shall be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of Rs. 5,000/- each to the satisfaction of the investigating officer, on the following conditions : (i)That they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii)that they shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; and (iii)that they shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
