JUDGMENT : Learned Attorney General appearing for the Union of India submits that a decision has been taker by the Central Government to make public the Report of the Gyan Prakash Committee but some essential steps including placing the same on the table of the House, are required to be taken. He seeks an adjournment to enable completion of this process, meanwhile. Shri Venugopal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there may be need to amend the petition after seeing the contents of the Report and, therefore, it would be appropriate to adjourn the matter for the time being. 2.
