JUDGMENT : 1. We have been taken through the report on inspection by M/s. Span Motels Pvt. Ltd. Kullu Valley placed on record by the Central Pollution Control Board. We have also heard in brief Dr. S.P. Chakrabarti, Member of the Investigating Team. To consider the report and to find out some viable method to solve this problem, we adjourn the hearing of this case to 30th July 1996.
