JUDGMENT 1. - Heard and considered the petition. Without entering into the merits of the case, since the petitioner as well as the both the co-accused, who are her son and husband, have been charged with the commission of offences punishable u /ss. 304-B & 498-A, IPC and Shravan Kumar has already been bailed out, presently, the case of the petitioner is distinguishable from that of her husband who is in custody and, accordingly, it is ordered that in case the petitioner Smt. Kinnu Devi enters into the bail bonds in the sums of Rs. 10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, she shall be immediately released on bail, if she is no longer required in any other case.Bail granted. *******
