JUDGMENT : J.S. Verma, J. 1. Shri M.R. Sivaraman, Revenue Secretary and Shri K. Vijaya Rama Rao, Director, C.B.I. are present. Their successors in office Shri N.K. Singh and Shri Joginder Singh respectively are also present It is made clear to the new incumbents of these offices that they are to continue to discharge the functions undertaken so far by their predecessors in the same manner; and that they would continue to be governed by the orders made by this Court from time to time relating to the manner in which they are to discharge their respective functions.,-The new appointees to these offices would inter act with the outgoing officers to acquaint themselves fully with the facts pertaining to all the cases and the stage of investigation in each of them. 2.
