ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. These appeals by special leave are against the Tribunals order directing payment of family pension to the widows of certain casual Workers, who had not been regularised in service and had died in 1978, 1976 and 1974 respecti vely. In view of the decision of this Court in 11001 Kumar v, Union of India I (SCR at p. 144) it is clear that no retiral benefit is available to casual labourers of this kind. The impugned order of the tribunal being contrary to this decision has to be set aside. We order accordingly. The appeals are accordingly allowed. No costs.
