JUDGMENT : 1. We have read the order dated April 19, 1996. At page 3 of the order the words in bracket "except industries falling under 'A' category, which will also function with the consent of constituted committee' are not only redundant, but could not have been made part of the order. We, therefore, delete these lines from the order. 2. In view of the above order the order of the Chief Secretary dated May 2, 1996 in particular para 3 (d) in Annexure I and all other relevant communications and public notice has to be modified. Mr. Kaushal states that he would have the needful done. 3. Mr. Kaushal, learned counsel for the NCT, Delhi Administration, states that near about 45,000/- applications have been received in response to the notice issued pursuant to this Court's order dated April 19, 1996. He further states that the Committee is processing the applications. He may file compliance report in this Court within 8 weeks from today. 4. This Court by the order dated November 30, directed the NCT not to renew the licences of Industries after the date of expiry. Needless to say those industries can apply to the Committee constituted under the orders of this Court and in case the Committee permits the industries to function, then the request to the industries for grant of licence may be considered. 5.
