JUDGMENT : 1. The matter is expected to come up for hearing on 12.8.96. 2. In the mean time, we grant exemption from personal appearance of the petitioner before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi, till the disposal of the Special Leave Petition.
