JUDGMENT 1. - Both these petitions arise out of the judgment dated 25.1.1990 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Balotra in Sessions case No. 27/82 by which both the petitioners were convicted for the offences under sections 302/34, 201 & 404 Indian Procedure Code. However, in the judgment, no direction was given about the running up the substantive sentences. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court in D.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No. 769/96 has taken a view that in case no direction for running up the sentences concurrently, this Court can give such directions. 2. Following the above decision, we direct that the substantive sentences passed against each of the petitioner for the above offences will run concurrently. 3. The Miscellaneous petitions are disposed of accordingly.Petition allowed. *******
