JUDGMENT : 1. The Registry may ascertain whether there are any other petitions or Transfer Petition pending in this Court in regard to the Apprenticeship Rule framed by the Bar Council of India, which is impugned herein. After ascertaining the same, the Registry may put up this petition as well as the others together for appropriate orders. 2. No interim orders.
