JUDGMENT : 1. We propose to hear this matter for final disposal. It is directed that the matter be listed for final disposal on 20.8.1996 on the top of the list. From the submissions made by Shri K. Parasaran and Shri Kapil Sibal, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Attorney General, it appears that the matter is likely to take about two working days. 2. In the meanwhile it is directed that no further proceedings shall be taken against the petitioner by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate on the basis of the order dated 9.7.1996. Crl. M.P.
