JUDGMENT : 1. The report dated 5th July, 1996 of the Expert Committee with one dissenting note in respect of the six drugs mentioned therein has been submitted which is placed on record. We consider it appropriate that the opinion of Dr. J.S. Bajaj who was requested earlier to function as the Chairman of the Committee may also be obtained in relation to this report. Dr. J.S. Bajaj may offer his opinion on the same as such or after conferring with the members of the Expert Committee who have given the report, if he considers that necessary. Dr. Bajaj is, therefore, requested to give his opinion in this behalf as early as possible. Learned Additional Solicitor General undertakes to supply all the papers to Dr. Bajaj and to convey this request to him. Learned Additional Solicitor General assures us that all the necessary papers be handed over to Dr. Bajaj within three days. 2. List on 4th November, 1996.
