JUDGMENT : I.A. NO. 18 Office Report dated September 26, 1996 1. Pursuant to this Court's Order dated July 26, 1996 regarding removal of the encroachment by CIST and CRPF on the Ridge area, learned counsel for Ridge Management Board states that the security forces have withdrawn from the area and the area has already been taken over by the Ridge Management Board. The Board may plant trees and do necessary fencing. 2. I.A. No. 22 : In view of the report placed on record by the Member Secretary, Central Pollution Control Board in compliance of the orders of this Court dated March 13, 1996, we are, prima facie, of the view that all the 43 Hot Mix Plants located in Delhi and dealt with by the Board in its report are to be re-located. We are further facie, of the view that these Hot Mix Plants are to be directed to stop operating in the City of Delhi. The Pollution Control Committee may give notice to these Plant-owners to show cause why they be not re-located or stopped from operating in the city of Delhi. They shall be heard in respect of their objections, if any, by this Court on October 8, 1996. 3. To come up on October 8, 1996.
