JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. KTS Tulsi, ASG submits that the minutes of the Expert Committee's last meeting are under circulation and the same would be filed within two weeks. Copy thereof be furnished to the parties. Comments, if any, by the parties be filed within two weeks thereafter. List of any other similar drugs requiring consideration may also be filed by the petitioners giving copy to the Additional Solicitor General. 2. List the matters on 26.2.96.
