JUDGMENT : 1. The investigating officer shall file a reply to the further affidavit filed by petitioner No.2 on 27th September, 1996. A copy of that affidavit has been furnished to learned counsel for the State in Court today. The needful shall be done within ten days. The investigating officer has asked for four months' time to complete the investigation. The request does not appear to us to be reasonable. The investigation shall be completed within (sic) on month and the investigating officer shall remain present in Court on 8th November, 1996 with the report.
