JUDGMENT : 1. Shri Mukul Mudgal is requested to appear as amicus curiae in this matter. 2. A copy of the report of the C.B.I. be given to counsel for the State of Orissa and Shri Mukul Mudgal. In addition, a copy of the paper book be also given to Shri Mukul Mudgal. 3. Only inspection of the report of the learned District Judge be given to the learned counsel. 4. This be done within two weeks. Response on behalf of the respondents be filed within four week thereafter. The matter be listed thereafter.
