JUDGMENT 1. Annapurna has been produced by her father respondent-Bajranglal Sharma. 2. Shri S.R. Yadav has filed reply on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4. This case was heard in Chambers. 3. We have interrogated Annapurna and enquired from her whether she has been wrongfully confined and illegally detained by any person. She has specifically stated that she has been living with her father respondent - Bajrang Lal since 16.11.95 willingly at her own accord and that she has not been wrongfully confined or illegally detained by any person. 4. We also permitted the petitioner to talk to Annapurna. He also had a conversation with her but she categorically stated that she would like to live with her father. 5. The date of birth of Annapurna is 15th July, 1977 as per her Secondary School Examination Certificate (Annx. 2) and as such she is a major. Therefore, keeping in view all the facts and circumstances, we are satisfied that Annapurna is willingly living with her parents and that she has neither been wrongfully confined nor Illegally detained. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Writ Petition does not survive. 6. Shri R.S. Rathore, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 5 has submitted that about 15-20 young persons have collected outside the court and that he apprehends that they may take law into their hand and prays that the police be directed to escort Annapurna to her parents house at Sikar. Shri S.R Yadav learned Govt. Advocate assures that necessary police help shall be provided. The S.H.O., Shri Pratap Ram Meeha, Kotwali, Sikar is also present in the court. He is therefore, directed to provide necessary police escort to Annapurre and to ensure that she safely reaches here parents house at Sikar. 7. With these observations, this Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is hereby dismissed.Petition dismissed. *******
