ORDER : 1. The West Bengal Pollution Control Board has placed on record its report by way of affidavit filed by Mr. Biswajit Mukherjee on behalf of the Board. It is stated in the affidavit that 14 foundries listed at pages 18 and 19 have set up the pollution control devices. We suspend the closure order in respect of these 14 foundries for 10 weeks from today to enable the Board to inspect the devices in working condition. 1.
