In view of the statement made by Shri Rajni S. Mehta, Advocate for the respondent- Oil Natural and Gas corporation that the ONGC has decided not to implement the impugned Executive committee decision dated 16-6-1993 and statusquo ante prevailing before the impugned ec decision dated 16-6-1993 would be restored as if the said EC decision has not been implemented at all. Otherwise also, nothing survives in this writ petition. Rule is discharged and ad interim stay granted earlier is vacated. .
