JUDGMENT 1. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the case diary. 2. As per the post-mortem report, deceased Dhulia died on account of head injury. There was fronto-parietal bone fracture. The injury responsible for death of Dhulia is alleged to have been caused by Chuniya. There is no allegation that the accused petitioner has caused any injury to deceased. 3. In these facts and circumstances, I deem it just and proper to extend benefit of bail to the accused petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner-Shakoora son of Moti, Garasia (Adiwasi), aged 32 years, resident of Jogiwara, PS Kotda District Udaipur, presently lodged in Central Jail, Udaipur; be released on bail provided he furnishes personal bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with two sureties of Rs. 7500/- each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Udaipur for his appearance in the court whenever required during the pendency of this trial.Bail Granted. *******
