JUDGMENT : 1. Even though the death has taken place in 1992 till today no steps have been taken to bring the L.Rs. on record and the learned counsel for the Union of India seeks further time in that behalf. As many as four respondents have passed away and yet nothing has been done till today. We, therefore, do not see any reason why we should continue to extend the time indefinitely. We grant the appellant four weeks' time to do the needful in the matter in regard to all the respondents, who have passed away, failing which the appeals will stand disposed of for non-prosecution without reference to this Court.
