JUDGMENT : 1. The contemnors are present in person. 2. Shri Jethmalani and Shri Jaitley who appear for the contemnors Submit that-the contemnors waive further notice to them. Learned counsel referred to the affidavits filed by the contemnors and submit that neither of them pleads justification; and that they request the court to consider the question of final order to be passed in this matter after hearing them. Learned counsel submit that they would rely on the overall facts and circumstances of this case in favour of the 3 contemnors. 3. List on 14th February, 1997.
