JUDGMENT : 1. We requested Mr. Ranjit Kumar, Mr. Krishan Mahajan and Mr. Vijay Panjwani, Advocates of this Court, to visit Greater Kailash Part-I, District Park, under the control of the MCD. The Report indicates that the Park is being misused and not being kept for recreational purposes. Mr. Suri, learned counsel for the MCD states that they would improve and restore the Park to its original position. He further states that all encroachments etc. from the Park shall be removed. They may do so within two months from today. The Application is disposed of.
