JUDGMENT : Mr. Ravindra Nath, learned counsel for the Embassy of Israel states hat he requires some time to get the response and to submit the response of the Embassy in the matter of purchase of the building of which it is the tenant. Mr. Ravindra Nath also requests that a copy of the valuation .report submitted by M/s Price Water house may be furnished to him Since it may help the Embassy in making up its mind on the question of valuation. (A copy of the said report has been handed over to Mr. Ravindra Nath in the Court itself). For this purpose, list the matter on 27th January, 1997. 2. The office has put up a report dated 18.12.96 asking for certain orders. As requested by Mr. Justice R.C. Lahoti Commission, we direct that the Bank Accounts of the Commission may be closed transmitting the surplus amount of Rs. 1,39,00,503.95p only including the interest thereon to this Court. The two cheques made out in favour of Shri Deepak Batra, Janki Das and others may also be made over to this Court. The said amount shall also be held by the Registrar to the credit of this matter alongwith other amounts which are already lying to the credit of this case. This amount shall also be placed in fixed deposit for a period of one year in a nationalised bank. 3. At the request of the Union of India, the time for concluding the disciplinary enquiries against the officers, (pursuant to the earlier orders of this Court) is extended by three months. It shall be open to the Union of India to bring this order to the notice of the U.P.S.C. and ask for its advice at an early date. 4. List the matter on 27th January, 1997.
