(1) THE learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the respondents submits that inasmuch as the petitioner is a central government Corporation, it is appropriate that the matter be decided by a Committee of the Secretaries of the central government in terms of the earlier orders of this court. He states that this Committee shall look into the matter and pass an appropriate order within three months from today. (2) UPON his statement, Mr. Soli J. Sorabjee, learned senior counsel ap- pearing for the petitioner craves leave to withdraw the petition. (3) SPECIAL leave petition is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
