ORDER 1. Delay condoned. 2. In view of the decision of this Court in State of M.P. v. Agro Engineering (MP) (P) Ltd.l and another judgment of this Court in Umasha Textile v. Union of India2 dated 5-12-1995, we see no reason to entertain this C petition. The authorities will, therefore, take appropriate action in accordance with the ratio in the aforesaid two decisions. The special leave petition is disposed of accordingly.
