JUDGMENT : 1. Impleadment application is allowed. 2. In view of the importance of the questions raised on the anvil of Article 48 of the Constitution read with the laws prevailing in the States relating to Prevention of Cow Slaughter and their judicial interpretation being sought for their extension to all milch cattle apart from the cow, it would be appropriate if this matter is placed for consideration as suggested by Mr. Latifi, learned senior counsel for the appellant, to a Constitution Bench of five Hon'ble Judges. We order accordingly. 3. Liberty to mention before the Hon'ble the C.J.I. for early fixation of the matter.
