JUDGMENT 1. - Both these petitions raise a common point for determination. I am, therefore, disposing of them both by this common order. 2. The learned Sessions Judge, Udaipur, having additional charge of the Court of Special Judge, Anti-Corruption Cases, Udaipur, declined to dispose of the applications filed by the petitioners Under Sections 451 & 457, Criminal Procedure Code regarding delivery of vehicles on the ground that since he was holding only additional charge of the above Court and the matters were not of urgent nature, he was not competent to decide the same. 3. In my opinion, the applications relates to delivery of vehicles and the applications are of urgent nature inasmuch as if the applications are not decided early, the vehicles may be damaged. 4. I, therefore, partly accept these petitions and direct the learned Sessions Judge, holding additional charge of Court of Special Judge, Anti-corruption Cases, Udaipur to entertain the above applications and dispose of the same according to law.Petition Allowed. *******
