JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. CVS Rao, counsel for the UOI, is present and he has been informed that the Secretary of the concerned Departments should give a Report as to the further development in regard to the opening up of lead-free petrol outlets, reduction in the lead content in petrol all over the country and sulphur in the diesel as well as the installation of CNG stations and kits. 2.
