JUDGMENT : 1. Learned counsel for the Delhi Administration states that the rules are expected to be notified in a day or two. Learned counsel for the High Court of Delhi states that the rules that are proposed to be notified have not been shown to or approved by the High Court and that this should first be done. He also states that addition to the complement of Judges, required to attend to family court business, would be required to be considered. Therefore, upon both aspects, he suggests a meeting at the highest level, to precede the notification of the rules. 2. It seems to us that it would be proper to sort out these matters before the rules are notified. To enable the authorities concerned, namely, the Delhi Administration, the Union Law Ministry and the High Court of Delhi to do so, the Writ Petition is adjourned for three weeks.
